"Horrible, Don't Give them your Information they won't delete it"

Horrible, wont delete your information if your employer doesn't agree to it. Employer wants me to work off the clock reading messages every week, so I want account deleted. But they wont do it

Not recommended. They have zero customer service, all bot driven which takes you in one continuous loop- then when it seems you are connected to a live person, you’re not. I spent over an hour going back and forth where a 5 minute phone call could have done it. The only time you can actually get a live person is if your credit card expires and they need to get your money. Terrible

"DO NOT USE FOR PAYROLL"

We used 7 Shifts for scheduling, that works great. Then we decided to pull our payroll over. Worst decision ever. Our 4th quarter taxes were paid late, unemployment insurance rate was entered wrong so only half was paid, we have over $1000 in penalties. On top of that, the paid sick time does not track, accrue or pay out correctly. I asked for help three weeks ago and nothing has been done. DO NOT USE 7 SHIFTS FOR PAYROLL!!!

"Overdue L&I filling and no customer support"

We have 4 restaurants with 7shifts payroll and time clocking service and they missed filling 1 of our locations for the Q3/24. We emailed support and sale and no response even after 4 business days, chatted with support to open the case but no follow-up whatsoever. We'll move all of our services to another provider. When we first signed up for the trial, all the emails were responded instantly on the same day. Save yourself the headache and bring your business to someone else! They definitely won't care about keeping you as a customer.

Tried their free trial after using their program as a user. However as an administrator, the program has not been friendly. They don't seem to allow SMS invite feeds to international cel phones or offer any support other than a chat bot that goes somewhere completely different and no other options. An for restaurant software to not offer support during weekends is another example that they do not even understand the industry they are trying to support. The fact that they have horrible support service does not help their case. It it makes things more difficult or time consuming it is not worth the money unless you are a major complex organization. This is not designed for small independent restaurants.

The labor for individual employees was showing for projected labor now it’s gone and support has been useless.

As a new client, I had good support from the onboarding staff at 7shifts. However, there has been very poor communication with the team when requesting (via email to specific staff) assistance. We were scheduled to run payroll last week for the first time with 7shifts. Yet, there was no communication or assistance provided by the team to verify proper tip distribution. And to run payroll, I was provided a link to a video. Luckily, I did not yet cancel my previous payroll provider, and had to run my payroll through them. So, why did I pay for a new service provider when there was no service provided? Not the best experience, so far.

great platform for schedules and communication to the team, challenging to communicate with support and challenging to get integration with commonly used platforms. we’re working through it, they provided a list, but no people on the 7shifts side to help.

Be careful if you think your pos system is compatible with 7shifts. If it all came over it would be great. After a month of setup found out we couldn't get all of data over automatically. Frustrating
