"Misleading order confirmation "
Bought a CPU motherboard RAM bundle. Order confirmation clearly stated thermal paste was included with my order but didn't arrive. I was then told that because I didn't buy a cooler thermal paste isn't included. This is completely misleading as this is not what my order confirmation stated. The CPU also had poorly wiped off thermal paste from testing. Not happy

I had a very pleasant experience overall! I know absolutely nothing about gaming PCs, but the team were very quick when responding to emails and answered all my questions in a way that even I could understand. The building and delivery process did take a while, but this was mainly my bad, since I placed an order during a particularly busy period for them, and I didn’t pay for express shipping. Either way, it was worth the wait, as I’m really made up with the result. Thank you!

"PC got lost in transit, Fierce PC don't care."
I ordered a PC from Fierce PC, but the delivery went badly wrong and now the parcel is missing. Instead of helping, Fierce PC have pinned the blame on me, leaving me without a PC and hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
Since I wasn’t going to be home, I asked for the PC to be delivered to a local DPD pick-up point at Matalan. But the parcel never made it there, and no one signed for it. After chasing DPD, they said it had been delivered and sent a photo of it left behind a bin, with no explanation or proper confirmation.
Despite this, Fierce PC are refusing to take any responsibility. They claim that because I requested delivery to a shop, it’s now on me even though the parcel never reached the actual pick-up location and was dumped somewhere out of sight.
Here’s the response I got after explaining all of this:

Hi Ricky,
I we will do everything we can to help, however I must make you aware that by requesting your parcel to be delivered to a pick-up point or leave in a safe place, the safety of the parcel and any potential issues such as loss, theft or damage will shift to you.
I have called DPD and they have reviewed the POD for me. There is a picture of both parcels being delivered to the Goods-in Area behind Matalan and Map Coordinates.
As there is a clear POD, DPD are not able to do anything further at this stage.
Have you been to the DPD pickup point or did you go to Matalan,
I can see on the map that there is a separate DPD Pickup Shop.

That pretty much says it all. Once they’ve shipped your order, it seems Fierce PC no longer consider it their problem.
I won’t be ordering from them again, and if you’re thinking about it, be warned if the delivery company messes up, you could be left with nothing.
I understand this isn’t solely Fierce PC’s fault, DPD are just as responsible for the mess. But as a business, Fierce PC will have insurance on their shipments and could have easily stepped in to resolve the issue. Instead, their response has been incredibly frustrating. They seemed more eager to pass the blame than to actually help fix the situation.

"Awful Delivery"
Just like many other low reviews, their handling of deliveries is terrible.
Predicted time was 4-7 business days on a CPU that I had bought. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, and only after multiple emails/calls.
They also recalled it mid-delivery as they after delaying it so long had somehow managed to send the wrong items anyway.

"Johnathan was incredible!"
Johnathan was absolutely incredible! I was facing an issue with my graphics card, which was causing everything on my monitor to appear wide and blurry. He took the time out to install specific programs and thoroughly checked everything over via screen share. I highly recommend him! Someone should definitely give this man a raise!

"lack of communication is worrying"
ordered on Saturday 12th a computer that was showing in stock for collection or delivery. I paid premium delivery which was almost £50.
I had no updates by Monday 14th so decided to send a polite email simply asking for an update. All I got was an automated response.
It is now Tuesday 15th and if I had ordered from another website I would have already received my computer. However in this case I have not even had a reply to my email asking for an update.
Conclusion; Need a computer promptly and a company that responds to emails, perhaps looks elsewhere.
Happy to update my review to 5 star when I am obtain my order

Great easy to use website, only downside was no updates once order placed until product was ready. Would have liked an estimated delivery date but apart from that first class.

I would like to take the opportunity of thanking all concerned for making the ordering of my new Gaming PC, a relatively straightforward matter. I looked at various other Gaming PC suppliers during my deliberations and found that not only was Fierce PC website easy to use but also their pricing to be extremely competitive.
I would especially like to commend Oliver Robinson for his patience and the time taken to assist with my eventual setup. He took the time to consider what I was suggesting and then put forward helpful alternatives throughout the decision making process.
Hopefully the actual build etc goes as smoothly.
