"At your Regent Street St"

At your Regent Street St. James, a customer service staff by the name of Amber has Showen a clear love for her customers and I can truly say she is the best with all my visits in that store in a period of 3yrs.
She is helpful, approachable, wiliness to listen and overall, always go over and beyond to help and see to it you get 100% services with a HUGE smile as you leave the store.

"OMG! I love my bag😍😍😍"

OMG!! I love my bag so much, I bought one for my sister-in-law. Online ordering was a breeze and so simple to complete the order. Aspinal of London tracked my order through the shipping process right to my door in the US 4 days later. The quality of the bag is exceptional and so worth it!

"Engraving was poor"

Bought a hip flask with initials engraving. The engraving was extremely poor quality, barely visible. Very disappointing.

ASPINAL of London is superb. They are very responsive and helpful when ordering and in my case, I made a slight error and they corrected it immediately. Shipping was fine and on time. Everything was perfect and I am most grateful.

"Excellent briefcase"

I've noticed the really elegant briefcases Aspinal has at Harrods.

The staff helped me pick the best one for my needs (laptop, trolley strap for travelling, not too bulky).

I then ordered online, and everything was very smooth.

"Poor communication and overly complex returns process"

In order to return an item I’ve had to:

Create a log-in for my aspinal account

Create a separate log in for a ZenDesk account to access returns information

Refill all previously entered information into Royal Mail

Try to reset multiple passwords as your website and ZenDesk say they’re the same site, so can’t use stored keychain passwords, but you have max security levels so can’t create my own.

Find out ZenDesk is pointless as I can’t respond via email as I used “hide my email” feature when paying for information security.

20 emails and a load of WhatsApp messages later, I’m told that I should just leave a note in the box as you can’t edit things on the system anyway!

Nothing should be this complicated. It’s obscene. And no apologies or help from your support teams (shared this as an email complaint but they never bothered to get back to me). Terrible and needlessly complicated UX and process. Never ordering from them again.

"I ordered a wallet on Monday night…"

I ordered a wallet on Monday night online not realising that it needed additional days for the personalisation. I contacted customer support on Tuesday who advised me that the personalisation was already done and that I'd receive delivery by Thursday. I'm delighted to say, that I actually have received it a day earlier via DHL. Well done. I'm a very happy customer. 😊
