"Poor communication and overly complex returns process"
In order to return an item Iâve had to:
Create a log-in for my aspinal account
Create a separate log in for a ZenDesk account to access returns information
Refill all previously entered information into Royal Mail
Try to reset multiple passwords as your website and ZenDesk say theyâre the same site, so canât use stored keychain passwords, but you have max security levels so canât create my own.
Find out ZenDesk is pointless as I canât respond via email as I used âhide my emailâ feature when paying for information security.
20 emails and a load of WhatsApp messages later, Iâm told that I should just leave a note in the box as you canât edit things on the system anyway!
Nothing should be this complicated. Itâs obscene. And no apologies or help from your support teams (shared this as an email complaint but they never bothered to get back to me). Terrible and needlessly complicated UX and process. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered a wallet on Monday night online not realising that it needed additional days for the personalisation. I contacted customer support on Tuesday who advised me that the personalisation was already done and that I'd receive delivery by Thursday. I'm delighted to say, that I actually have received it a day earlier via DHL. Well done. I'm a very happy customer. đ
