"Zero empathy for customer"

These can be really convenient but latest customer service experience in one day was as follows:

- After I'd walked ten minutes to get to a bike station I'm informed I can't rent because my ID isn't verified (it is)
- I try to pause the bike and it automatically ends and charges me £10 for parking outside of a bay (incorrect)
- Next ride doesn't end the journey and bugs out.

Live chat, refunds the £10 but no apology and no recompense for what a terrible experience that is and how much of my day it stole.

Will be paying a few hundred quid to fix my bike up so I don't have to use these money grabbers with zero empathy again.

My experience was great due to the help of evan. I was unable to lock a bike last night and ended up receiving additional charges because of this.
Evan messaged me back in the morning and was able to resolve this issue and I paid the original price of the journey

"It's criminal that they're allowed to…"

It's criminal that they're allowed to charge 10 pounds fee because you 'didn't lock the bike' even when you did. There is a fault with their app and has been for nearly a year where it doesn't 'lock' the bike even after you've clearly locked it. obviously they haven't fixed the issue because they're making so much money off this 'bug'.

"Great support"

Support staff on the live chat have always been very helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue with the bikes or scooters - a quick explanation always has them fix the issue for me!

The whole team are super responsive with any issues that arise. Bikes are not without faults but boy do the team go above and beyond to help you out along the way! Thanks to everyone! It’s my main form of transport around brighton! Saving the planet and the pocket!

"Remove the offline bikes from the map"

Usually I want the bike late night and the stations around the university of Manchester may show a bike or two, but mostly they cannot be unlocked. It would have been nice to have them removed from the map, if a few failed attempts of unlocking is taken. Now, I need to guess probably that a single bike in the station is not gonna work.

"I had an issue with an E-scooter which…"

I had an issue with an E-scooter which seemed to be faulty. I sent over a customer support request which was taken by the lovely Max. They were incredibly helpful and issued a refund for that trip. Beryl are always giving 110% when it comes to customer support and I would choose to use their service over others because of this!
