I've been using Beryl e-scooters and bikes for a while now and can report that they are both a fantastic service with well maintained rides and customer service that is beyond excellent. Any problems I've raised to them about a ride they have resolved with a true human touch with such efficiency.
They thoroughly deserve more than five stars and I recommend them wherever I can.

amazingly fast customer service makes up for any issues i have with the bikes (ever so often there are issues with the locks so i just always take a pic of the bike and as i walk a way open customer service, 2min, done). 5stars all the way!

Evan replied to my message straight away.
I was really worried as I had not locked the bike properly and this made a ÂŁ10 charge to my account. Evan could see that this was a mistake and that I usually just ride to work so kindly refunded me the difference. Thank you so much. With Christmas round the corner ever penny really helps.
