Got banned because for 2 consecutive days different bikes failed to lock so having to waste time hanging around to get the ride ended so no one took the bike…I missed my trains both days. Somewhat frustrated by 1) numerous faulty bikes 2) numerous poorly maintained bikes 3) lack of urgency 4) lack of availability 5) I’ve rotated the wheel several times…it’s not locking!!
So frustrated as I watch my train departing the platform, I get 20 questions…just end my ride. I swore out of frustration but not in a name calling context.
As I’m not allowed to name…let’s call her BeeBee…she’s a little thin skinned.
She can see where I started the ride and where I was ending….as I have done on numerous occasions…if you have the intelligence to look at my history.
If it’s not locking, then believe me it’s a bike issue not a me issue.
No apology for making me miss my train…no apology for unfit for purpose bikes…these snowflakes need their safe space.
Anyway permanent ban in place, which is a blessing…no more wondering if I’ll get overcharged because their GPS isn’t working. No more being charged for a bike that didn’t unlock, no more having to deal with BeeBee who just won’t end my ride considering she can see where I started and where I stopped. No more substandard faulty bikes with poor maintenance that you pray the brakes work going down hill.
