We faced a challenging situation when our phone and broadband went down, but the support team was quick, efficient, and willing to assist even though we weren't the direct account holders. The issue was swiftly resolved by Tuesday lunchtime after being reported on Monday. Their customer support team, especially advisers like Natalie Rackley, are knowledgeable and friendly. While there is room for improvement, particularly in weekend support for businesses open seven days a week, the company offers competitive pricing and significant cost savings. They make a convincing choice for businesses looking for reliable telecom solutions. Overall, a strong 4-star experience.

"So helpful - we can’t fault our experience "

We are currently in a rental property. The account is in the landlord’s name and he is out of the country. Obviously we panicked a bit when the phone and broadband went down at the weekend, thinking it would take ages to sort. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Once we explained, the support team were happy to speak to us and help, even though we weren’t the customer. We reported the fault first thing Monday morning, it was passed on to Openreach immediately, and the line was fixed by Tuesday lunchtime. We can’t thank them enough, and we’re very impressed. Impeccable service.

"Very poor service"

A catalogue of problems including:
- over a month of no service after they, for no apparent reason, stopped using a current direct debit and tried to take payments from a closed bank account
- aggressive e-mail sent to an address that has not been in use for over a year for an extra £30 "disconnection" fee in addition to a one month notice period on leaving i.e. I will have had to pay nearly £80 simply to cancel
- claims that they had no record of the correct address despite my having corresponded with them using that address and their having confirmed my disconnection to that address

"Bad customer service"

Be very aware that if you sign a DD mandate, this means that they can take any amount that they wish to take. They owe us £224.38. I can never get hold of anyone in accounts or Managers, and they do not have a handle on complaints that they receive. I was assured that the credit would be offset against our most recent invoice but it wasn't.

"Toople is the worst provider of…"

Toople is the worst provider of broadband I have encountered. Their technical support is terrible and their custormer services if rubbish. Seems to me like they just don't care. I have been waiting for five days not just to find out why we have no broadband but I get to speak with anyone in tech support. RUBBISH!

I am business broadband customer Using this company from past 3 years. unhappy and only made sad and disappointment Really worst company in broadband and they cannot be reliable and cannot be trusted on the service when it is needed. if you use this company broadband signal will go and come and will not be stable

"Worst customer service.Good price if…"

Worst customer service.Good price if you got correct package. Not recommend to business open 7 days as this company no help line for weekends.if you restaurant, pub , retail this company is not good. If your internet drop Friday you have to run your business with out internet till Monday and loosing lot of customers .
These days 95% payments are card / contactless/ Apple Pay etc . No chance doing this with out internet.
This company not bother about your business.

Complete and utter tripe.

Had problems with them for years and now we are trying to leave they have problems with us taking our number.
