I bought two plants (a button fern and a lipstick plant) that both arrived faster than expected. Some of the branches of my lipstick plant were broken so I emailed some pictures to the company and they quickly mailed me a replacement plant. That one also arrived broken (I think vine-like plants don’t travel well), so they gave me a credit towards a new plant. Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much!
