One part damaged and despite several chaser emails and a promise a replacement part was being sent three times, two months later still nothing!

Really pleased with our Tutti Bambini furniture and looks great in our little girl's room. Found myself needing some replacement parts after some time too and the customer service there was exceptional. Nickie was really happy to help - fast and responsive and sent some bits over to us in no time. Really appreciated that and a level of support you just don't see too often these days sadly!

I made a purchase on the 14/4/2025. Yodel never deliverd and lost my parcel. I reached out the the customer service team and the lovely Nickie was extremely helpful and solved my problem inmediately!

I reached out about needing replacement straps for the Nova high chair, and Yasmine was incredibly helpful. She responded quickly and had the straps sent out to me right away. Excellent customer service!

"Truly blow away, fab experience "
I don’t even know how to start as the experience has blown me away truly. We have the cozee xl crib and cot and one of the extension bars became lifted and wasn’t supporting the cot frame properly. I sent all the details including pics to Tutti Bambini and they said leave it with them and they will see if they can get me a replacement bar. Nickie then emailed me today (within the 24hrs they said they would) and has arranged for a new expansion kit to be sent out and will arrive in a few days. The experience has been amazing and I am truly grateful for their quick responses and resolving super quickly. I will buy whatever I can from this brand as this customer service has been outstanding.

Bought the Tutti Bambini CoZee Bedside Crib back in 2021 for our first child the crid is excellent. We are no having our 2nd child when I went to get the crib from the loft I ripped the bag so I emailed tutti to which they sent me a bag same week free of charge I would highly recommend this company great crib

"Stanley knife blade found in packaging"
The worst experience I have had with a product. A dirty, sharp and used Stanley knife blade found in the packaging for a cot bed / toddler bed. Lower than one star, it’s straight up dangerous and could have injured me or my children. The tutti response was “sorry”, it’s not appropriate for a situation like this. Do better Tutti.
