We visited Motorpoint Swansea on 19th April on the off chance.
Never been there previously and was not looking for a particular make of car, though we did like the MG range and friends had mentioned the good value they represent and that Motorpoint had great customer service. Well they weren't wrong as we were greeted by sales executive Jodie Poland who initially gave us some information on some of the vehicles on show, in particular the MG range that we asked about. We asked Jodie for further info and she was so helpful and informative.. and at no point did we feel under any obligation to buy.. she made us feel like one of her regular customers despite it being our first visit to this dealership. Jodie found us a great deal on a car we really liked (MG HS Trophy) and we discussed our financial options which included a decent part exchange deal on our existing car. We surprised ourselves by proceeding with the purchase as we were only visiting to get an idea of our options, but Jodie was so thorough in explaining everything it helped us to reach what was an easy decision in the end.. she then explained the next stages and kept us informed throughout the following week to the point of collection of our vehicle exactly one week later. When we collected the car it was such a smooth and efficient process and Jodie was on hand to finalise all arrangements for us. In summary we were so impressed with Motorpoint, especially as first time customers the showroom is a welcoming place where you can sit and chat in comfort (and with free refreshments) and under no obligation to buy. The choice of vehicles and value is impressive and I would definitely recommend a visit for anyone buying a car and thanks to the efforts of Jodie we can vouch for their high standards in customer care.

"Shocking Customer Service "

Shocking customer service from Motorpoint Castleford. Purchased a car from them to find problems with the front and rear wipers, parking sensors and service pack. Informed Motorpoint who frequently did not respond to phone calls, when finally able to book the car in at Audi to be serviced, Audi also could not get a response from anyone at Motorpoint to confirm the required repairs so we had to collect the car without any repairs being done. Had 2 days without a car, told no loan cars were available and the issues are still unresolved. Each time I phoned I was told a manager would call me back but they never did, always had to phone multiple times to be able to discuss the vehicle with any staff members. We had good service prior to the purchase but terrible after care following purchase.
