Customer service is appalling. Confirmation email states order delivered within 4-5 working days received last Thursday. Order should be with me this Thursday as checked with sales before ordering and in time for my holidays. Customer Service representative had a real attitude on the phone and told me it is 5-7 working days as standard and ignoring the email confirmation. Refund requested and now have to wait up to 21 days for my money back. Make sure communication is clear, train your customer service staff and don't make promises to get the sake but then don't keep to them. Won't buy from them again.

Made an order nearly a week ago, and the tracking (with Evri - what a choice, they'll probably throw the package against the door from a distance and drive off, music blasting) was still showing as 'We're expecting it' this morning!
I know I may be a little spoiled by regular next-day deliveries, but with such performance and so much competition we may be seeing a closing-down sale soon...

I returned 2 separate orders on the 4th of March, 1 has been processed and refunded and the other is still unaccounted for. I have emailed on multiple occasions and haven’t heard anything back for 2 weeks. On the website it said to get in contact and send proof of returns after 21 days has gone by, which I have done, and I’ve still heard no word of what is happening next. It seems to me that I am being ignored, and the company is too lazy to look into what happened to my return or they simply don’t want to refund me.
