"Great and trustworthy company"

Great company. Jacket arrived in exactly 1 week from ordering (Saturday to Saturday) using EVRI. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of EVRI and would have preferred another company like Royal Mail however there were no major issues this delivery with EVRI. I would definitely recommend using Alpine Trek for jackets.

Had concerns about ordering an item due to sizing particularly with them coming from Germany and reading reviews about returning them so phoned up and in view of the conversation it confirmed for me not to order from this company.

What is wrong with this company!!! I have emailed them so many times to request they unsubscribe me from marketing emails which I never signed up for and they continue to email me continually. They have my order number so this is not an excuse .
I regret ever having anything to do with this company , which isn’t even based on the UK.

I was a bit reticent to buy from here given the mixed reviews. However, I got a pair of climbing shoes for literally half normal price so thought it was worth a go. Ordered on Friday, delivered the following Thursday. Product in perfect condition and delivery was fine. Good comms throughout. No problems whatsoever, so from my perspective this company was great to deal with.

I haven’t heard anything from Alpinetrek, if they received the returned item or when I will receive my refund.

Alpinetrek have good clothes, however, I had to return an item for the first time. The return process itself was easy enough. I checked my account a few weeks later and the item was showing as returned but I had not received a confirmation email or my refund. I contacted customer support and the issue was sorted promptly - first a confirmation email about my return and then my money in my bank account the following week. Thank you Alpinetrek.

Awful returns process!
I've sent my return nearly a month ago, they finally received it, but only refunded for one item, however I've sent back 2!
Not replying to my messages now, no explanation provided on the partial refund and where is another item. Horrible. Don't buy there, especially if you might be returning something. No shoes and no money either!
