"Rude Customer Service & Missing Items"

Ordered thousands of pounds worth of gear and a single item was missing - customer service representative is rude and has been interrogating me, asking for pictures of shipping boxes, labels and packing tape as well as of an item that's missing... the usual trying to do everything possible not to have to replace/re-ship anything.

It wouldn't be so bad if they asked for it the same day but they take days to respond.

Will have to raise a charge back with the bank.

Avoid at all costs.

"No return refund after 1 month"

My return (which was because I was sent the wrong product) was successfully delivered to you on 1st March.

The website states to wait up to 21 days for the return to be processed. Still nothing by day 21 so contacted them. I was told to wait another 5-7 days.
Again, still nothing.

I have now been told that an investigation needs to be carried out as the shipping provider has apparently lost it, even though all of the tracking shows that it has been delivered. It's not my fault that your shipping provider has lost it - you should refund me and claim from them if they've lost it!

It has now been 31 days and still no money OR product!

First and last time I use this company.

If you're reading this and think you might have to return a product you purchase, don't expect to get your money back anytime soon!

Easy to order, but delivery not very speedy! When arrived, absolutely OK and very well packed.

"Shimano Cycling Boots"

I purchased a pair of Shimano cycling boots. The boots tighten using an elasticated loop which you tighten using a fob attached to the loop. The elastic is enclosed in a sheath and the elastic has ruptured from the sheath making it impossible to draw through the fob to loosen. I contacted the company and attached a photo to show them the problem. They said they could sell me another lace for €15. I replied saying I don't know how this could work as the lace is in a loop. I have heard nothing back, they have turned their back on me, I am both disappointed with the product and their level of service. I have today contacted Shimano UK too.
