Used to be good now unreliable and shocking cookie cutter support. More than 2 weeks for second last transaction more 3 weeks now and no signs of resolution. Have reported to regulators. Never again.

Despite their website advertising 1-day transaction times, my money has been stuck with them for over 3 weeks now. They're never able to provide ETAs, they simply keep apologizing and telling me to be patient. I've now asked for a refund, I hope it won't take another 3 weeks.
Stay away from these scammers.

To back up what these reviews have been saying, DeeMoney has changed from reliable to unreliable in a matter of months. My latest transaction is on its 28th day and still processing. The Line team are obviously firefighting lots of angry customers and the cracks are starting to show in their patience and professionalism. I have recommended this service to friends and now I feel like an idiot. Your customers need some assurances DeeMoney, this is simply not good enough.
UPDATE - 71 days later, after a huge amount of stress, hundreds of Line messages and emails, plus some expensive international calls, I finally got my money back.
My money had been held by an intermediary called SawasdeeShop and I honestly thought it was gone forever. DeeMoney decided they could no longer process the transaction and cancelled it, and it was returned to my Thai bank account with a meagre email apology. My emails requesting to be paid interest for amount of time they were holding my money have been ignored.
Since I still needed to move the money, I decided to use a direct SWIFT service which is traceable and bank-to-bank and I was only charged a small sum by Kbank. The money was in my UK account by the next day.
I advise you to do the same. DeeMoney is untrustworthy and seems on the brink of collapse.

I would give them no stars if i could. Pathetic excuses. 16 days gone again and still no money. Agree with many other revews.

Same as everyone here the time taken to transfer is terrible and the excuses are feeble.
However they still advertise their service.

Behaivour as the excuses are not specific on the issue. It was all working 2 months ago but now has gone bad.

very bad service , promising does not happend but delay till today since 27 Aug 2024, can't even make the transaction happend, further to ask to cancel the transfer and need to take another 7 days to get the refund. what a failure on the advertise versa the actual execution is totally a suck

"WARNING NEVER USE THIS SERVICE"
My young family member informed me her emergency transfer has shockingly taken over 17 days and still not credited to the receiver account.... this has caused her many issues, it is beyond horrible service.. this is borderline criminal behavior...promising 'next day', T+1, 24h 'guarantee' everything is now marketing lies to get more people to sign up boost the numbers.... NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. SCB is so much better than them and same price good fx rate

"Very disappointing"
The transfer kept showing "Processing" for 2 weeks and after requesting for cancellation, they did it after 3 days and now its been more than a week and my funds are not credited in my account. Tried everything (Line, Email, Phone) and they wont respond. Please help if anyone knows what should I do in such situation.
