Update, I did hear from Little Learners Toys after posting this review offering to provide a more affordable return option, but when I replied that I would appreciate that and need the info within 3 days so I can edit my review in hopes they'll change their International return shipping address, I haven't heard back. I believe this was just an attempt to make my "trustpilot" review be removed since they were asking for additional info or my review would not be posted.

I would give 0 stars if could. This company is a scam. The product was junk, I immediately processed a return, but...they actually tell you if you return to (their supposed US address, they will discard the items and no refund). They give you an address in another Country at your own expense. Their terms:
"To return your product, you should mail your product to us directly upon getting the return instructions email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item."

I disputed with my credit card, but they fought it and I was just screwed out of over $100. STAY AWAY

"I ordered a kids watch and the balloon…"

I ordered a kids watch and the balloon balls. The watch is amazing. Receiving the order takes almost 2 weeks because it comes from overseas. When I inquired as to when I could expect delivery, I received a reply within a day. I'm not sure if I'd order again or not. I want to see how the products hold up, and I think the website should inform an approximate 2 week delivery timeframe.

I can't rate this company low enough.
Poor quality communication.
Late arrival even after payment for assured delivery date.
Getting refund is proving almost impossible.
Product does not work, faulty and still no satisfactory communication.
Just a standard repsonse of "take photos of the product...." Done that several times.
Very suspect phone number and email address.
I thought this company had a good reputation, boy was I ever wrong!!!

Giant jelly balls deserve a minus rating. Look good but last half an hour before bursting beyond repair. Having read recent review I don't think it worth complaining don't expect any type of refund. obviously a fault with a shoddy product not our use of it.

Do not purchase toys from this company. It took weeks to receive the item. Then needed to return as the toy didn't work as advertised. They approved the return and then didn't accept the return in Italy and will not refund my money.

Absolutely awful everything. Package arrived way later than advertised, so I had to make alternate plans. Product was really bad quality compared to Amazon competitor. They DID NOT take back my return, I got it back in the mail after paying $25 for shipping to their location in Italy that they sent me for returns. What an absolute JOKE of a company. AVOID at all cost!!

"Deceitful Scam. Do not order from them"

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from their website in mid-December because the banner at the top said that gifts would be delivered by December 23 and indicated it would ship from the US. Wrong! After tracking the status of my shipment, I learned it was shipping from Europe. On Dec. 23, it was halfway across the Atlantic. It showed that status for almost 2 weeks. It finally arrived on January 10 in a package they rewrapped to come from a shipping post in the US. Of course, the only response I got from them was from a BOT. When I tried to get a credit back from Amex, they said I didn't meet the requirements for a refund because you only have a day after you place the order to cancel it!

"This company is a SCAM!"

This company is a SCAM!! Do not order from them! I purchased 2 x giant jelly balls for my children for Xmas and they were a mission to blow up. After minimal play (gentle play) they popped! I emailed the company and they said all they can offer is a discount on my next purchase. So I decided to place an order for 3 more and I selected the additional warranty this time. The exact same thing happened, they popped with minimal play, I’m talking less than an hour. I watched them play and they were just throwing them to each other on the trampoline. I emailed the company and they offered me a pathetic 5% refund. So basically they didn’t honour the warranty I paid extra for. Now they aren’t replying to emails!! I have reported them to legal authorities and my lawyer is dealing with the matter.
They are a dodgy company and their advertising and website reviews are all FALSE!!

The magic spinning ball bought for my grandson for Christmas 2024 lasted approx 7 mins before the LED light disconnected and the "magic ball" lost balance... such a fraudulent company!
