What can I say, responsive, fast shipping, dealt with more than one of the team. All helpful and reason I’ve used and will continue to use and recommend them.

A simple example of one issue where a wrong part was sent out, very easy to do in this case. All sorted fast, free return /pick up from home address, soon as had been picked up, sent correct item out. Very responsive to emails (like a few mins between). "Overall good/sluggish processing."

Never had a problem with my order. Returns were straight forward too. Only thing is their delivery/processing leading to delivery. 2-3 day delivery is more like a week from ordering unfortunately. Pretty slow in my opinion. Other sites processing and delivering much faster. It is what it is.
Still recommended.

I've recently built myself a new bike for bike packing, so have researched various components and online retailers. I don't like to give a review until I have committed, or for whatever reason it has to be returned.
Some sites do not make this process ready, I don't understand why, because I never return to these sites. Biketart were grest though and made the return easy. I will be using them again if needs be.
