"Bike is not fit for purpose"

Bike is not fit for purpose, parts missing and the front wheel is now stuck and doesn’t move. I was advised to take it to a bike shop, it’s a brand new bike, why on earth would it need to be fixed? And as cycling is my mode of transportation I have to pay for this bike to taken to the local bike shop and then pay for repairs.

Very unhelpful customer service and a bike that is now unmovable sat in my house doing nothing. I’m expected to pay over a thousand pounds for this?

Claimed to have items in stock they didn't. Delivery time went from a couple of days to 3 weeks after placing the order.

Sent me a different item as advertised on their website. I sent it back over a week ago and still not received a refund or email confirming they received it, which is a bit different to the 1-2 working days they promise to issue a refund.

Shocking service. 2 weeks and still no parts. Told delivery on Monday then Thursday and nothing. I will use a company that is reliable who can get the job done.

Very Poor customer service, very slow at responding and letting you know what's happening, ordered some pedal parts delivery 2-3 days as from supplier thats ok, no email to say they didn't receive. refund as usual will be 5 days, amazing doesn't take 5 days to take the money.

Fast delivery and products as described. Ordered on Sunday arrived on Tuesday. 12 speed Ultegra cassette and pads. Thanks.

Order some bearings and arrived swiftly. Fitted them and spectacularly failed after 3 rides. Wrote to CS and not interested.
Definitely worth shopping around for other bearing suppliers as the quality supplied here is beyond disappointing and will add even more expense if you need to replace your hubs

Everything I ask for was no problem to the team. From the parts I wanted and how I would like the bike symbols to line up. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from this store!

These devious people get you to sign up for a £10 discount code but by the time you get to the end of checkout they will only honour it if you spend over £100.
Cancelled my order and spent my money elsewhere.
