"Bike is not fit for purpose"
Bike is not fit for purpose, parts missing and the front wheel is now stuck and doesn’t move. I was advised to take it to a bike shop, it’s a brand new bike, why on earth would it need to be fixed? And as cycling is my mode of transportation I have to pay for this bike to taken to the local bike shop and then pay for repairs.
Very unhelpful customer service and a bike that is now unmovable sat in my house doing nothing. I’m expected to pay over a thousand pounds for this?
Not good enough guys, still waiting on a response for your customer care team…

Claimed to have items in stock they didn't. Delivery time went from a couple of days to 3 weeks after placing the order.

Poor service.
Sent me a different item as advertised on their website. I sent it back over a week ago and still not received a refund or email confirming they received it, which is a bit different to the 1-2 working days they promise to issue a refund.

Very Poor customer service, very slow at responding and letting you know what's happening, ordered some pedal parts delivery 2-3 days as from supplier thats ok, no email to say they didn't receive. refund as usual will be 5 days, amazing doesn't take 5 days to take the money.

Order some bearings and arrived swiftly. Fitted them and spectacularly failed after 3 rides. Wrote to CS and not interested.
Definitely worth shopping around for other bearing suppliers as the quality supplied here is beyond disappointing and will add even more expense if you need to replace your hubs

Cancelled my order and spent my money elsewhere.
