"Feeling deflated "

Ordered parts with 48 hr. dispatch a week ago hear nothing, contact them for tracking details get a refund straight away. Either Royal Mail at fault - and I now receive free parts or they never had them in stock and allowed me to purchase...hmmmm . Previous experiences good however recently sent 2 items in 1 and charged double postage - for each item.
