"dt swiss pr1600 without tubeless tape"

Got a dt swiss pr1600 front wheel without tubeless tape. An answering machine responds to email messages with no result. Order BTWEB274291. The official website says that the tubeless tape should already be installed on the wheel, but it is nowhere to be found. I don’t recommend this store; now half the cost of the wheel has to be spent on purchasing and installing a tubeless tape.
Upd: Also, the bearing on the wheel rotates jerkily and the wheel is clearly a fake.

I changed my mind about my order and he was able to give great advice about other components which would suit my needs. He amended my order and order is being shipped out. Made it so simply.

Ok much as it pains me to give any business a less than favourable review….but!
My order arrived just over a week ago after some issues with a broken fork and the dropper post, all sorted by Michael.

Unboxed and set up as normal.
I didn’t even make it out of the drive. Firstly there was a score on the paintwork, then the dropper post jammed all the way up, making the bike impossible to ride.
I duly contacted Micheal, Biketart support and John with pictures as requested of the issues above. Then well…..nothing!

Now over a week later with requests from myself to return the Merida one sixty 6000 for a refund and still silence.

I’m rather annoyed at a 3k bike and box stuck in the hallway !
