I'm still waiting on an order update after ten days which has been the norm with my previous orders.
Other companies have these delivered to you well within a week (Max)
Time to buy elsewhere from now on.

The bike is always almost ready to ride.
Always professional and helpful staff, ready to help with anything.

Absolutely no customer service, if you order from them and something goes wrong, your screwed, they don’t answer the phones and their emails are unreadable

I do not recommend. No information about the shipment. After a week, they cannot explain why they have not sent the parcel yet. They sell something they don't have in stock. I will never use it again
