If I could put 0 stars I would... stay away from this company they false advertise stock and then are a joke to get your delivery to you, i ordered a £2200 bike on the 2nd and they said it was delayed in the first week as they had no stock. Now 10 days later they have delayed it further claiming dpd hasn't picked it up even though they said it had started it's delivery yesterday. Joke of company stay away. Even chain reaction would do better and they're going bust. Lies and just down right bad service. If you value your time and money DO NOT USE BIKETART.

A bit of a double edged sword of both positive and negative feedback.
Negative - Showed stock of all parts , ordered and paid extra for 24 hour delivery. Didnt hear anything for 4-5 days ( between Christmas and new year so fair enough ) . Then there was contact to tell me they were waiting on parts ,to be honest i wasnt that happy as i only tried them out as an order from Chainreaction at the same time came the day after ordering but CR didnt have some of the parts at time of ordering ( their website showing out of stock ) but bike tart 'did' as showed in stock when they weren't. They did say they would change shipping to 'priority shipping ' when they did get the parts in which was the option i paid for anyway so that was a waste of money lol. So basically, parts in stock at Bike tart dont actually mean in stock so dont use them if you need a part ASAP based on that, contact them to confirm first.

Do not hold the stock they claim to have on eBay. Refunded for item they marked as dispatched but never actually sent. Wasted a week of my time and ruined a weekend away.

I ordered a few items from biketart and didn't realise I'd ordered some items that was in stock with supplier so took a little longer to arrive than expected. However, they kept me up to date and even changed my delivery to priority in order to get my items to me quickly. I will certainly be using biketart again.
