Installation of a shower unit, left with water pooling on other end of base to the plug hole. Mastic used to fill large holes, sharp metal exposed.
Power was repeatedly turned off unexpectedly, after ensuring me I'd be given a few moments notice to shut down sensitive computer equipment.


They replied 5 years late to tell me they care and I should get in touch.

This company is a joke. They came out to put up cladding on the outside of the property. Worst mistake not following my mind and denying them access!

Since they came out we have had mice infestations.. leaks.. ruined property! Had to rip up all my flooring in the kitchen because of this. Called and the director plus management came out.. I pointed out all the mistakes and unfinished work which they agreed that wasn’t up to standard and they would compensate for damage caused!

What a crock of poo.. they have yet to actually come through on their promises just compulsive liars and crooks!

The only way to deal with them is through the legal route as they will NEVER do what they say they will.

Disgraceful company who need to be inspected and fined.

we had the unfortunate job to work for this company and still waiting on payment from an invoice from July 2019 and asked if any issues and said no but still waiting and now they are saying it will be end of month, what a disgrace and beware any company sub contracting to them

Complaints latest job for staffs housing leaking radiator came out tighten a nut day later middle of winter bathroom radiator still leaking another example rotting wooden door frames and doors 25 years old wanted to repair instead of replacing with uvpc so they can keep coming out to repair same on you novus and shame on you staffs housing

"Worst company ever"

Terrible company over a year later I’m still waiting on them apologising for flooding a room, ruining a mattress and using paint that was off! If you do end in in the unfortunate situation of having made the mistake of using them don’t expect head office to help either!!
And today 6.02.25 I get a reply nearly 6 years later

Novus has been appointed the maintenance company for Home Group this year. So far it has taken over 2 months to rectify 1 simple job. A job that has left me without the use of my washing for that long. He turns up without the parts, then lies and tells his company its the washing machine and not the job in hand, then says he called when he didn't, we were waiting for him,then he turns up when the job had to be re-arranged as I was at work, ( my partner was in at the time) but guess what? he still didn't have the parts. My partner even showed him where the leak was coming from. Don't know what he keeps in his big white van but obviously not cold water feed valves. keep away if I were you.
