Thanks to Jason Hall of Novus we have a lovely new kitchen in our Riverside Housing Association home. I can truly say if it wasn't for his kind thoughtfulness and caring support we would not have had this kitchen done. Jason went above and beyond what he needed to, to make sure we were looked after from start to finish his support was massive. His work force were polite helpfull and excellent workman ship always on time. Communication was second to none with every day contact. If any questions arising Jason was at the end of a phone to help from the joiner, electrician's, painter to tilers to floor fitters i can't fault any of them. Thanks also to Mick & Ryan the finishing touches at the end of the fitting time make the kitchen a fully working kitchen. I would recommend Novus 100 % thank you all so much for a job well done!!!

"Where have all the workers gone?"

This company are unbelievably poor. How long does it take to complete 6 small canopies. At one point 5 or 6 men including 2 to hold the ladder then after 2 out of 6 are fully completed suddenly nobody to be seen for weeks. Well that's if you don't count the guy who sits in the Novus van for hours on end every morning. Maybe he can't bear to turn off the heater in his van. Poor fella, after all it is cold .... update: no work to complete canopies today however there has been 4 men wearing Novus jackets leaning on a van for an hour having a good old laugh & a chat. Novus, do you have any jobs going as it's obviously "money for old rope"?

I’ve given a 5 star maybe alittle generous , but overall I’m happy. The workmen were polite, and helpful, thanks to Jason and Robyn for their professionalism and help throughout .

Professional, patient, hard working team, nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile. Great communication throughout. "Novus excells "again"."

After the excellent work they did on my kitchen in February 2024, I was looking forward to them converting my bathroom into a wet room. I was not disappointed. The workmen arrived on time, were courteous, industrious and arrived on time each day. I would highly recommend them.
A special mention should go to the management I dealt with, Dave., Kevin and Kelsey. I will get some stick for this, but a special mention to Kelsey, whose phone number as a contact, I had, and was always available to answer my questions.
