Novus Property Solutions back in April were responsible for the refurbishment of my kitchen on behalf of Trident Housing. This initially caused some stress due to Tridents bodge it and scarper attitude towards repairs over the 26 years that I have been a tenant. Roxanne is the coordinator who returns your call if she couldn't directly respond to an enquiry. Ian is this site manager who kept me up to date with what would be happening and when. All the tradesmen turned up when they said they would and worked to a high standard during each phase. I am a great believer in giving credit where credit is due and my sincere thanks have been passed to the appropriate departments. It is a pleasure to have a smart modern kitchen after a nervous start that was soon put to rest with proper conversation. Once again a big thank you to all concerned.

"Disabled auntie, still no bathroom!"
Bathroom adaptation for my disabled auntie began in September, we were told it would take 10-14 days. It is now halfway through February and we are still waiting for mistakes and shoddy workmanship to be corrected to a standard Adult Care services are happy with. I'm absolutely sick to death of this company. Why South Derbyshire council use them I'll never know.

"Plumbing problem no help"
Plumbing problem, frozen pipe, toilet over flowing nothing they can do to help although they fixed my neighbous same issue. I was left allnight and day with no sanitation having to empty toilet every hr. Left on hold for over 2 hours still on hold atm, no 3 in the queue for an hour no 2 for 40 mins . Terrible service . Melville housing association shouldn't use this company

"The fat mug who drove a Ford Transit…"
The fat mug who drove a Ford Transit with a reg plate of DU66 CFO today at around 7:30 am through Moston/Lightbowne Road, cut me off almost causing an accident and then instead of apologising started yelling slurs at me and my mom at the red light should have a serious conversation with his manager about his behaviour while driving a company van with company's logos plastered all over it. Not a great representation for the company I'd think.
The irony of having a 'Thank you NHS' sticker on the back of the van and all this happening while my mom was sitting in the passenger seat in her nurse outfit, while driving her to her nursing job at the hospital also have not been missed!

The tradesmen were very good. Very polite and efficient. Where the company is let down is the organisers of the work. Never know when trades will definitely attend, and poor response to queries. Feel sorry for the tradesmen who are good ,but are let down by poor management.

Excellent service from Novus and their members of staff. Very polite and respectful. They get the job done fast. There is one particular person by the name of Lamin who is very assuring and considerate! Always helpful and full of positivity!
