"I had an extremely disappointing…"

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company for a roof replacement. The quality of the work was shockingly poor and unprofessional, with visible flaws that could have been avoided with basic attention to detail. To make matters worse, the management was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issues. They outright lied about the timelines and guarantees, showing no accountability for their subpar work.

I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They lack both the skill and integrity required for such an important job. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Really poor management skills and do not like to pay on time after work is completed, I was working for novus for about 3 weeks and all i can say is very POOR people skills and very suprised the company is still running from the rest of the reviews. Wouldn’t recommend any tradesmen to work for them as they will cause you nothing but problems.

"New kitchen is great"

I’ve just had a new kitchen installed by the Novus team in Manchester, I am a jigsaw homes tenant, this company is just superb could not fault the team from start to finish. Every thing was done to a very high standard, I was contacted by Shereece daily, to let me know who was working that day and constantly keeping me in the loop and always so friendly & helpful with me nothing was to big of an ask. The site lads were always on time and very professional , I really adore my new kitchen so thankyou for my beautiful kitchen and for being so helpful, kind and taking the time to have a little chat, which is quite refreshing nowadays for us elders.

"Awful"

A bunch of unprofessional liars. They retiled my roof and did a terrible job. The roof is all crooked.

Another independent private roofer belonging to the NFRC inspected the roof done by Novus and they said that it needs to be redone to fit the standards, however Novus did not care and the roof is still crooked.

It's a shame that I cannot upload pictures of their workmanship here.AVOID !!!

We really like our smart, new kitchen, it's going to make a big difference not just to our staff and volunteers but to the people who run cookery sessions and courses here. Lovely to have new flooring, and our new overhead cupboard is going to be useful.
Andy, who fitted the kitchen was helpful, clear, and friendly. Makes all the difference.
