Really happy with our new fitted kitchen including units, sink and floor. Workpeople were efficient, polite and tidy. The kitchen is great quality and well fitted. It has really improved our space. Many thanks :)

I’ve just had a kitchen installed by Novus, part of Newark and Sherwood council decent homes, this company are the best, from start to finish every thing was done to a very high standard, I was messaged every day by Helen, to let me know who was working that day, they was very professional and always on time, they all went above and beyond, having 3 disabled boys with additional needs, the work men worked around them (drilling, ripping out, electricity being switched off) I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, thankyou for my beautiful kitchen and for being so kind and caring, which is quite refreshing nowadays

"They did an ok job of my kitchen…"

They did an ok job of my kitchen renovation on behalf of Trent and Dove. Some of the workers were very professional and friendly. Others seemed to be pretty disorganised and half finished jobs. A few things had to be altered afterwards when they had finished the project due to mistakes. For some reason they cannot fit taps properly and my kitchen taps now turn the opposite direction to the rest of the taps in my house!.. I was given excuses that the specific brand of tap that Trent and Dove had ordered worked this way, but I read elsewhere any tap can have it's on/off direction adjusted. So they basically fitted the taps the wrong way and couldn`t be bothered to rectify it. It is very annoying but I have to live with it now!

Just had my kitchen done with Novus couldn’t of asked for better they did a excellent job fitting my kitchen I love it it’s exactly how I wanted it absolutely perfect could not pick one fault with them friendly people everyone who as been as been so nice I highly recommend them I’m from Newark and Sherwood and just want to say thank you to the team and my kitchen was done and completed in the time frame we agreed no delays at all.

I had a kitchen refit recently undertaken by Novus on behalf of Newark & Sherwood District Council, and I have nothing but praise for them!

I was initially given an estimate of 12 working days for the job to be completed, they had finished in 10 working days.

All of the workmen were extremely pleasant, always respecting my property, belongings & personal space, allowing me to continue working from home as normal. When they had finished the work, they tidied up to the point where it was hard to imagine they had even been there!

I can't recommend this company enough and if I ever need another kitchen refit in the future I would definitely choose Novus.

After having a roof re-tile and emails to one of the managers I am still waiting for the completion. Things missed rectified. Nobody cares. They say they do but words come easy. The proof is in the workmanship.
Also, this company does not employ their qualified staff. For this they sub- contract out. Contractors who work hard and then get shafted by Novus when it comes to getting paid. Disgusting company and the housing associations should be sitting up and taking note as to who they are giving our rent money to.
Maybe Novus should be taking a long hard look themselves at their working practices. Contractors might do a decent/high standard job if they are getting paid the fair rate.

This company came to our Court last week and did an excellent job . All the guys who were working were very hard workers and never stopped. Everyone on the court were very impressed. A job very well done

"Novus replaced my kitchen."

Novus replaced my kitchen as part of the Newark and Sherwood Project.
Overall a very outstanding experience, the staff were all super helpful and due to disabilities they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to deliver the very best customer service. Helen the manager was constantly in contact with me to make sure everything was running smoothly,
Overall it was an exceptional experience and cannot praise them high enough. Thank you very much Novus.
