"I have never seen anything like what…"

Can you take the 1 star down please they ain't that good. I have never seen anything like what condition novus left my terminal ill dads bungalow in over the wet cold wineter ....he had a wet room put in last autumn with a boiler move also pipes in the loft . They left a raised tile where the over flow pipe was sent into gutter leaving a two inch gap open to elements for 4 month with all the rain we had. Left a hole where the old flu went out of the roof could see daylight and never replaced the felt which was leaking into the ceiling. Cracked a tile putting new flu in. No lagging over any pipes or insulation which froze over when cold because of the leaks in roof which also leaked onto electrics which was very dangerous and causing my dads oxygen to trip out I told the lady who signed job off there was damp appearing on new paint in bathroom below where old flu was and she said must be a hole in the roof then a still signed it off. ...Right near where my dad was sleeping the top corner of his room also had a big wet patch of damp caused by holes left by novus which isn't good when he'd had severe COPD. SO MY DADS ROOF WAS OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS FOR 4 MONTH OVER THE WINTER. The site manager from novus told me the person who did the work had a verbal warning then iwas told by the boss he hadn't but was under investigation. . Also the 1st man who came to check it out was walking round the bungalow all over the garden looking for other holes in the roof to diverted the blame away from them which they can't get away with.If only you could see the photos the left my very poorly dad in . Absolutely shocking yes they have offered to finish the work off but after seeing what dangerous mess they left a poorly man in which was signed off they should be allowed nowhere near I have photos to show what negligence they caused ......... They came to finish the work today 3rd April 24 and the same site agent that told me the gas engineer had a verbal a few month ago told me today he never said it to me so bare faced lied again so I told them to leave as not trustworthy. They are meant to be a family run organisation which is embarrassing... leaving a very poorly man in those conditions is complete negligence and then lying to a family that is grieving. Disgusting

Novus have passed me off with a load of crap I'm disabled and a 74 year old pensioner so my money is tight this company allows workers steal from my bedroom and ignored my emails to sort it out Bastardt

Dylan and his cousin have been absolutely amazing. we are so thankful for our beautiful kitchen. such friendly guys to talk to, have a laugh with, they know just what their doing. very clean and tidy, job was so quick. we love our kitchen. we’re all tearful as we’ve never had our kitchen like this. they’ve been like family to us! Lots of love, Katie, John and kids x

"Furniture destroyed but I was reimbursed "

Novus solutions painted my balcony (with partnership with Citizen) and it was agreed that I will be not in but they will use the ladder to get into balcony . They have ruined my balcony furniture, however site manager reimbursed me for it next day after reporting it. Wish it would not have happened so it's one of those things

Absolute disgrace of a company in my opinion.been fitting a kitchen in the property I rent.On the first day of them arriving they blew my electric.and tried to blame.me for it,had to get an independent electrician in to prove it was there fault.I had a fully functioning cooker before the came and now since they have been on control of it is no longer functioning.this is now entering the third week and stoll not finished excuse after excuse by there project manager Lee shaw.the back of my property has decking and furniture out back now its covered in waste and rubble.

Price of this 2 day visit with our cockapoo dog was very reasonable
