Had kitchen fitted through Newark & Sherwood and I'm pleased to say more than happy with outcome. The office staff & Workers were 1st class WELL-DONE Thanks to you all

"We had a new bathroom and a downstairs…"

We had a new bathroom and a downstairs toilet fitted in our council house, so the tiles in the bathroom were put on wrong with spacers left in we had to have it redone, the bath panel was cracked we had to have a new one, the shower was put on the wrong side, and the toilet wasn't screwed on, currently the shower head it too close to the edge of the bath, there is a chip in the bath and all of the rubbish from the jobs has been in the garden for over a week and nobody seems to want to help, it's been poor customer service from start to finish it's been over 4 weeks now!!! We're were told we would be getting £70 compensation every week they were over but today we was told we would be getting just 30 pound, just to say they are more than 2 weeks over, absolutely shocking.

Had Novus in to de a repair in my disabled sons property. Basically painting and repairing.
The first guy who came in just got to work and basically done everything in the wrong order seeming to just want to give it a quick brush over.
I tried to talk to him but got the i been doing this for 30 years mate you can’t tell me anything so having had dealings with know alls
Like this before I decided not to.
Then spoke to the manager who apologised said he was out of order and he would get it fixed and sorted. We agreed on a spec that was worked to and then when the guy came back this was ignored totally.
I complained again was apologised to again then sent another guy in also.
This guy you could talk
To and agreed with me that worker
1 was out of order and not working as he should. We agreed on a spec and then this again was largely ignored. For example gutter coming off it didn’t a second coat of masonary paint as in the estimate, it was not done.
The second guy worked to a better standard but stilll not to normal specifications.
A sub plot to all this they constantly change when they are going to be there.
In the end I am just glad they are gone as was doing my head in.
Lesson learnt nearly £5000down for a very very poor job. This company will never darken my sons doorstep again. A complete shambles of a company.

"Cowboys"

Cowboys , contracted through the council left me with no working toilet for 3 weeks Sent 1st person who done nothing all he done was talk about how he was in prison for drugs offences , 2nd person came tapped the pipe around back and told me the toilet wasn't blocked just needed parts obv never told them what parts toilet needs , tried to get emergency repair told me they can't because they need parts so booked appointment between 12 and 5 it's now past 5pm on a Friday and theve said the guys away doing emergency repairs so I've been in my house all day waiting for nothing still no working toilet for 3 weeks with a 8 week old baby in my house that they know about theve told me to go outside and do the toilet now Friday night so no job will be done over the weekend will be phoning the council on Monday theve got criminals who have been In prison working for them not surprised no works been done

The most dangerous company going. Never able to complete simple repairs, ALWAYS have to make multiple visits and guarantee they will make everything worse than it was. My advice is to record every single call with them , they are liars

I had my kitchen refurbished by the Novus Team and what I thought would be a nightmare ended up an enjoyable experience the work was done to a very high standard by lovely people would like to say a bug thank you to Tony the scouser who was absolutely amazing nothing was ever too much for him and also Tracy Martin and Steve who was always there if you needed anything so thank you all so much and I absolutely love my new kitchen

We had a great experience with novus from picking the kitchen to it being completed, they were all really professional and had great customer service skills. They were really helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous I am so pleased with the end result. The work men was a really nice bunch of lads, they're so experienced in their own skill and just cracked on with there work. The kitchen was completed within the frame time. It was left all clean and tidy ready to put everything away. They put all my new appliances in too. Also they were so Trust worthy too, I left my key with them to come and go when they needed, every night every where was all locked up. Thank you novus and your great team for all your hard work zx

"Absolutely fantastic from start to…"

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish!!
I have a big dog which I was worried about leaving while I was at work and having a full kitchen refit, all the staff even managers were amazing with him, kept talking to him and calming him as he was scared.
Even had some of the work lads popping in to see him after they had finished there jobs.
Doing shift work I was anxious about the mess but nope came home every day and they had all cleaned up before leaving.
My kitchen is beautiful and all done within the time scale

Novus Property Solutions were incredible from start to finish!!
From the first point of contact, meeting the team and the work being carried out right until it being checked and signed off at the end, the whole experience was a positive one
I had a wet room installed replacing the standard bath etc in order to make life easier for me to manage my youngest sons needs who had a perinatal Stroke - this transformation will make life so much easier and will help to aid him to be independent as he grows older.
The customer liaison officer first came out to explain what would happen and it was assessed - following this the work commenced - if the workmen were going to be late / held up in traffic I was always contacted - they were respectful of my property throughout and any minor hiccups were rectified promptly.
The whole team were polite, thoughtful and mindful of my sons disability at all times - letting us know when we may experience loud noises etc during the transformation.
The bathroom itself has been transformed to a high standard and was completed in the predicted time frame
We are extremely fortunate to have had Novus Property Solutions install our new wet room and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting future works by them as I believe there would be no disappointments
A family friendly team who not only transformed our bathroom but have transformed our lives by installing a wet room that will hugely benefit my youngest son and our whole family
