They seriously mess you about wasting peoples time 2 months plus,to fix 1 bouncing floor board 3 joiners later !!! And counting .56%1 star .well does that surprise me, not for a second. Do private housing associations not read these reveiws before signing mega bucks contracts with minimum terms ,maybe not, its laughable .

Novus has done refurb work at our community centre and job was spotless and professional, delivered within budget and on time! I was very impressed with professionalism and their ability to accommodate last minute changes to the plans that we originally set. They offered input and insight where needed and it made the whole project a bliss. Strongly recommended!

"Royal Welsh Fusilier Statute - Hightown Barracks"

I got to know Steve Stockford when NOVUS were re-roofing Wrexham properties in Stockwell Grove and I was introduced to Jacquelyn Evans which resulted in myself bouncing off them both of the possibility of some financial assistance towards a Royal Welch Fusilier statute and Regimental Goat and memorial garden outside Hightown Barracks that I first embarked on in 2017, owing to the pandemic the project did not commence until January 2022 during the period of 2020 to the end of 2021 and following many discussions with Steve and the Directors of NOVUS I was awarded a £5000 donation which was a great boost to the completion and success of the project which was unveiled in March 2023. On behalf of myself and Offa Community Council I wish to express my sincere thanks to all personnel and Directors of NOVUS who were involved in this fantastic project on one of the main gateways into the city of Wrexham which will be admired by generations of young and old alike today and in the future.

Novus donated paint to our charity, West Howe Community Enterprises, so we could undertake a much needed decorating project. The staff were lovely, kind and so generous in supporting us.

We are a charity working with people who suffer homelessness in Sheffield, The Archer Project. novus have supported us with a donation to help further our work but also by offering work opportunities to people who were homeless and who are now leading stable lives and need the support to get paid employment. this is such a vital step in feeling confident and accepted in the wider community. Thank you Novus.

"Novus recently erected some outside…"

Novus recently erected some outside wooden gazebos for our community development organisation (Caia Park Partnership). The job was done to a really high standard and the employees involved in undertaking the work were really friendly, approachable and very professional in the way they completed the job. Would definitely recommend and hopefully look forward to working with them again in the near future. Thanks for helping us to develop our outside spaces.

"Active education"

Novus funded our project working with students who are not in mainstream school.
We run various sport and exercise sessions as well as outdoor education in the Peak District outside of school hours. We run sessions for disadvantaged children, those that are at risk of exclusion, excluded from school or have Special Education Needs (SEN).
Their behaviour is often challenging in a school environment, they struggle to make positive peer relationships.
Novus funding was spent on boxing equipment for the provision and will help develop student’s resilience.

Novus has provided funding to enable our Pantry to purchase a new trolley for collecting food and also to stock up the shelves. This funding allowed us to supply food for a week in the pantry to over 160 members.

The customer liasion officers go above and beyond to help tenants and are always on hand when needed, the same is said for the site operatives!
Yes there may be issues along the way but the team will always strive to rectify these as quickly as possible.
