The Scottish Association of Landlords has supported me immensely going through some challenges with non payment of rent, ASBOs, getting access to my property etc, etc. It is by far the best money and decision to join SAL that I have made. Don’t waste time trying to do it yourself, it just gets more and more confusing. Speak to SAL, they will walk you through your challenges and provide the information you need .

Great support for landlords, with very useful forms and guidance to help me manage my properties. I have used the helpline and the advice was very accurate and tailored to my exact needs. There are regular Zoom calls and newsletters which keep me up to date with legislative and other changes to the sector. The membership fee is great value for money and has paid for itself easily.

I would just like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the SAL Team especially the person I spoke to most of the time. She was a fantastic help with my issue in getting a tenant evicted. She was there all the way from beginning to end and it felt no question was silly.

The website is so useful and has all the material needed. I have recommended to others about the website and the helpful staff, it has been the best money I have spent !!
