Thankfully somebody on Facebook suggested joining SAL.
The service I have had from Jill and the team has been absolutely excellent.
They have made what has been a very frustrating and stressful time so much easier. Knowing that no matter what happens with my tenant all I have to do is phone SAL and they will advise me exactly what to do has been fantastic and saved me many a sleepless night.

I came across SAL after an AirBnB let got extended during the Covid Crisis and I became an accidental landlord with a tenant with a PRT. The tenant refused to sign the letting agent's tenancy agreement so I have no choice but to manage the property myself from abroad. I have received excellent fact sheets, advice on how to create a tenancy agreement, they are also a useful check-in for what is reasonable and what is not. Can't recommend them highly enough, sign up, it's saved me hundreds on legal fees.

Seem to be representing a large group of scammers, the scammers operation involves having other people pay off loans that the scammers took out to buy a home. The people that actually end up paying the loan don't even get the house! The scammers keep it, despite not even paying for it! Rampant issue, especially in the Edinburgh area. Make sure to warn people as it seems to be a common scam
