In 2023 I would have give -10 stars.
But today January 14 2025 they get 5 stars for helping me close an account I have been trying to close for 2 years. No fees, no being on hold for 6 hrs and being bounced from one agent to another. Thank you

Wish I could give them zero or negative stars!!!! This company does not care for their customers at all! They will ship you the machine but once that you are on your own. I basically have had 'costumer support' on speed dial for weeks now. No help, will lie to you that things are fixed, even when its an issue on their end with THEIR machine, they will flag your account when you cant get a single transaction done and leave you high and dry to "investigate", seriously dont bother! No help, no care, should be put out of business.

I would give Elavon/Fidelity a zero star. Zero customer service. Zero effort to fight fraud and false charge back. Quick to charge you monthly. Do not work with them!! They are far better companies that does a fantastic job in protecting the merchants.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.NO SUPPORT FROM CUSTOMER CARE MY MONEY IS STUCK IN THIS MACHINE FROM LAST TWO MONTHS.NOBODY FROM THEIR STAFF SETTLED THAT ISSUE.WHENY I TRY TO REACH THEM EVERY TIME THEY GAVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT.BUT NO BODY IS REPLYING ANY KIND OF PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS.I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY TO SOLVE THAT ISSUE FROM TWO MONTHS .

Service en français nulle, difficulté pour faire réparer mon terminal, vous envoyez des factures même si je n'utilise plus votre terminal et fais plusieurs avis par courriel que j'arrête votre service!
