In August 2024 our company was targeted by fraudsters using 3d printed credit cards to purchase jewellery . Not only did Elvaon cancel the services they held over 40,000 dollars of legitimate funds for over 3 months .

This company is not a trusted company and they create their own fraud. I would suggest you don't deal with them as they steal from their customers. they have zero customer service. They even go as far as to give bogus toll free numbers to call them back on and then they want to charge you $3.89 for you to connect to their new toll free number. This was a message i have recorded and tried the number a few time and it is the correct number this company is awful.

"Worst customer service ever"
I call their customer service today, at first they denied to tell me about the problem and lady was so rude I call number for customer service and I called twice the lady named Angela was the first attendant of my phone which totally said she can’t answer the question. And she was soo annoyed and rude to me and same thing with the second attendant she didn’t tell me her name even we are having problems in our business due that machine from last weeks and they dont know what’s happening. We would never use their products in our business ever again.

We have been using Elavon as our merchant for over 8 years and it has been a smooth ride. If we have an issue, the customer service has been always helpful to resolve the issue.

We had a machine and 7 out of ten times it gives an error message saying communication error. but on the customer side it shows charge has gone through. Had several complains from customer about it. We had to process some payments several times to get through. After that we purchased our own machine and it was no better. End of the day settlement does not happen and funds wont get deposited. So pathetic.

First, Thank You for helping us with our virtual terminal. We switched from Helcim over a year ago which was a bit bumpy concerning financial statements.
Once set up with our new business website, linking the payment button to our Converge Pay terminal was straightforward. I talked with technical help by phone a few times and they were going through a learning curve along with me, but we soon enough worked it out.
Also as the Converge Pay site was being developed, we found that things were changed around each time we visited the site. It would have saved us a lot of time searching for things if we had been sent some kind of training video or step bystep updates about these changes.
Also a glossary of terms would be helpful too. I dont have a clue about what some of these terms are on Converge Pay and dont have time to look them up on Google.
Some quick task buttons in a short menu would be VERY helpful. Reading through technical help to learn how to make a RETURNwas a bit arduous. In the end I figured it out on my own by bumbling around.
Anyway, the Converge Pay site is a vast improvement over the old one, but simple straightforward accessibilty would be much more user friendly, as we are not all Phd bookeepers.

"Scammy company"
I would give negative stars if I could. Been a customer for multiple years but would not recommend to any business. I was choosing between renewing the contract with elavon or going with TD and elavon gave me a much better rate which I went with but it was a lie they would add whole bunch of extra charges. Scammy company stay away from them.

I started 2 month ago with paystone and Elavon. I sent all documents required. My first transaction was blocked and I was asked more documents. I sent almost everything except picture with my store. I was trying to explain I have a home business and I'm doing service at people's houses. Without any warning they closed my account with 2265$ blocked. I called 2 days ago, talk with an agent. She tried to reach someone in charge with my account but nobody answered. She tried other 2 back up persons and same results. I've been told someone will call me before the end of the day. Nobody called. Worst service ever. How is it possible? They do all verification, after you are approved they ask more and close account without warning.
Update: Manager in charge with my account is to busy to call even after I left messages. I received an answer from paystone, Elavon blocked my funds for 3 months to see if there are any charge back. Is crazy, a month is already to long. I used credit card to buy from other countries, my bank will ask verification code by text or email to verify if transaction is ok. Also Elavon competitor says they need only a day for verification. Elavon needs 3 months. Very, very bad services.

Worse ever! They closed my account without confirming directly with the account owner. Now I have nearly $3k that I processed through the terminal that they were not depositing into my account! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and very frustrated that It has been over 30 days and no one had helped me...
