They still haven't fixed the issue of sending me emails for the recurring billings

"Don’t Waste Your Time. "

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Before signing up for a service like this, we ask very specific questions before making a decision. It wasn’t until after we were in that we found out about the additional service charges that were not clearly explained by the initial salesman. Per usual, I had to talk to several departments who all apologized about the misinformation. How convenient.
After cancelling their services, the salesman called back and gave us his spin on the situation. He said we didn’t read the details as everything was in there. Very glad glad we’re not working with this organization anymore. Don’t waste your time. I’m learning the hard way just because it’s Costco approved and part of their merchant services, doesn’t mean the service is any good. We’ve lost trust in Costco in using their recommended merchants.

After 7 years of using Elavon for our merchant services and paying thousands of dollars in fees and services we closed our business. Elavon is retaining over 2k in gift card sales stating "the customer paid" please tell us how our customers, that we marketed to and who paid money to our business to support us, would ever be reimbursed with our business and returned equipment to process the held funds. We let our customers know that we were closing and gave ample time for them to use their cards. When asked and had the call escalated, we were told that the funds would not be released to our business. How is this legal? How does Elavon have the right to hold these funds?
Also be warned once you have invested in using their gift card system, good luck changing merchant services. We cannot believe that this is how a long paying, good standing customer is treated. A total scam.

Salut , attention aux promesses de prix qu’ils vont vous dires , totalement faux! Le premier mois j’ai eu des frais de 1700$. Je l’ai utilisé 2 mois et j’ai vu que les frais était encore aussi élevé. Ils nous avais dis 49$ dollars par mois et j’ai eu des frais de 170$ par mois sans même avoir utilisé la machine. Nous avons essayer de canceller mais ça nous a pris trois mois avant de pouvoir retourner celle ci. Ils vont vous jurer que vous pouvez canceller sans frais mais le problème c’est qu’il ne réponde plus après vous avoir envoyer le terminal et quand ils répondre , ils vous raccroches la ligne ! C’est rempli de mensonges et de fausses promesses ! Évitez de vous faire avoir !
