Restez loin de cette compagnie. Elle pige dans votre compte bancaire avec des frais cachés, aucun service client.
Ils m'ont promis un remboursement des frais chargés en trop mais, sans surprise, je l'attend encore.

Elavon is the worst payment processor you can ever think of, they placed a hold on all my transactions for supposedly 120 days... only to "erase" them all. I had to sue them and they contacted me and settled with me. Stay far from this criminal company

"This is the worseeee company ever"

This is the worseeee company ever , I should’ve known and not use them at all . This company is company is holding all my orders money for a transaction I’ve already cancelled on my website. And worst of it all , a order came in and I don’t ship to this country and I cancelled it immediately and next day I received a debit alert in my bank account for money that this is still with this company. Calling them since the beginning of this week and what their customer service rep have been doing is to put me on hold for close to 2hrs ! I have the screenshot of everything. Pls ELAVON release my money . This is more than frustrating right now . I regret doing business with this company .

I would never sign up with this company! I just had the most frustrating conversation with the most unprofessional salesman. He was pushy, loud, swore and after I told him twice that I wasn't interested the jerk hung up on me. Absolutely terrible!!

"I've been with elavon for 4 years"

I've been with elavon for 4 years. I recently had to change my bank account information with elavon and it has been a nightmare that is still on going. I have transactions on my elavon terminal that has not been processed and i keep getting the run around when I speak to customer service. I just wanted to change my bank account number. First they sent me the wrong form. I've been waiting on elavon to process my transactions so I can pay my staff and my bills. So as of now I am not using a debit machine it's to risky especially with elavon. I feel like I'm getting the run around. I've heard so many excuses from customer service, they all have different reasons why it's taking so long to update my account. I was told 3 to 5 business days, it's been 2weeks. Bottom line is I would never ever recommend this company to anybody that care about there business,because clearly the company does not care about your business. BEWARE

Nouvellement essayer encore de nous frauder en ce fesant passer pour Telus qui offres des rabais supposément compétitif a votre forfait avec un compétiteur!! apres vérification ils ont aucuns liens
tout est une harnaque faite attention.

Le seul réponse que vous aurai d'avalon apres 40 emails s'en retour , seras ici sur Trustpilot pour bien paraitre et c'est tout, toutes les personnes concerner savent tres bien de quoi je fait mention !
