"Customer service rude"
Customer service rude, unhelpful, talk to you like you are stupid. We are being told multiple different things from different tellers, and upon asking for clarification the person on the customer service line repeated the same line over and over again, slower, as if I was an idiot. So incredibly unprofessional, and unhelpful. She started the phone call with a rude tone, and it only got worse. If I could give less than 1 star, I would, I would be fired if I spoke to a customer like that.

We signed up in December while there was a promotion in which we would receive a $200 credit on our account for signing up. I have called every single month, it is now July, and we have yet to receive the promo credit. Our account manager is not calling me back. We will now be switching to another service.

Possibly the single most horrible experience I’ve ever encountered with a payment processor, and this after many years of working together. If you value your business and its ability to have a reliable partner to handle payment processing, stay as far away from Elavon as possible. There are far better alternatives out there, from trustworthy providers that will actually care for you and your business.
