"Horrible company"
Horrible company. They promise you $20 a month and then they end up taking out twice or quadruple that... I havent even used their system and signed up in november. Waiting for the website guy to integrate it.
Elavon has stolen $728.53 since november 1 2023...
They have no since sent collections after me with insufficient funds while they continue to try and steal more money from my account.

"No longer works with Android! No timeline for fix"
We have used Elavon for years for processing our customer payments. This is done through their online payment system "Converge." This system no longer works with new Android technology as the payment system just freezes upon login.
We called Elavon who transfered us to their Converge Tech Support. We were advised that they are aware of the issue which has existed since January of 2024, however as of today (March 13th) they have no solution nor timeline for a fix other than it could potentially be months.
Their people were kind to speak with however the Company doesn't seem too interested in resolving issues or the impact these issues have on their clients businesses. The rep told us to just not use new Andriod devices, so we can either scrap our thousands of dollars of devices to switch to an Apple OS, which is not compatible with out other needs, or we need to find a new payment company... not the greatest solution either way

All lies nothing but bs from the sales rep to get a sale hidden fees that i was not informed about this company is not trustworthy do not use them they cost me $1420 in 3 months its a scam

Service à la clientèle horrible. cela fait 3 mois uqe nous essyons de fermer notre compte. (succès au 3e mois) on nous a achalé au moins 10x par des appels pour que nous essayons leur compagnie. Nous avons finalement décidé d'essater avec eux, puisqu'il nous ont dit que cela couterais 40$ par mois et que si nous faisions des transactions, cela nous couterais rien, sauf les frais (%) de transaction. FRAIS CACHÉS. Regardez bien vos contrats avant de signer. Ils nous ont chargé 180$ par mois pour ne pas utiliser la machine! Ne signez surtout pas de contrat avec eux, service à la clientèle horrible et nous font des promesses de rappels qui n'arrivent jamais.

"Closure of A/c is like mission after scaring services and charging double for many months."
Trying hard to close my A/c MID (8036780248) with no issues since last week. After, series of discussions with various executives, today I was told i have to go through retention officer who may contact this week or next week then it will be decided next step..the process may take more than 3-4 months...but no guarantee. No progress so far and account is still active and they asking to keep charging double monthly fee over around 60 for no services till accpunt is closed.
No fairness, cheater, no business ethics and shame in the name of services in the era of IT and AI.

"Do Not Work With Elavon!"
Elavon has been absolutely horrific to deal with over the past 3 months. We recently found out we were missing $10 000+ dollars in sales income which had not been funded by Elavon. We have been contacting Elavon repeately for 3 months to understand how this happened to begin with and have had absolutely no resolution from them (they insist they don't know why or how we got here and also are unwilling to offer a solution). They're service members (we've spoken to numerous different people on different teams) seem to be unable to find answers or coordinate any kind of support effort, and their managers refuse to speak with us at all. We have been a client for almost 3 years. We are looking for alternative options for our company going forward and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
