Good communication throughout the ordering and installation process. Installation team excellent, did a great job despite scaffolders not doing their job properly. System reliable and works as it should. Customer support a bit slow to respond when system failed due to a faulty master switch. Otherwise can't fault infinity renewables and their solar systems. Would recommend on price and installation process.

The one issue is that I wish you had recommended a larger battery - we are exporting about 1700 kWh annually, much of which we might have used on succeeding days, given our variable climate.

The design was not optimised for the available roof space and it had to be further amended on the day of fitting, resulting in a lower energy output than was promised and an odd-looking panel array. The car charger that was planned was not fitted. Overall, very disappointing.
