I placed an order on 12-02-2025 and payment completed after that again ask payment 275 for delivery charge that's completely unprofessional and the worst thing that Order not delivered, order cancelled from company side.after i asked refund they are not ready to refund my original payment method,get a Discount coupon via e-mail for next booking, while contacting customers care they will say it's company policy and rude behavior. Not a trusted platform to order anything. Worst experience. Not deserving a single star rating also

Additionally, I have been contacted by individuals such as “Divya,” who have asked for last-minute payments of ₹275, which seems unfair and unprofessional. When I tried calling, my calls were disconnected without any explanation. I attempted to reach out multiple times, but I have been ignored.

I am extremely frustrated and would appreciate guidance on how to file an official complaint against indiancake
service. This experience has been both disappointing and troubling, and I hope it will be addressed promptly.

Same story, they wanted 275 rupees to deliver. Fine, I paid.

But guess what, the flowers never got delivered. Called the customer service 50 times, mailed them; no response. This is unprofessional.

I need my refund directly to the bank account, at earliest, with an apology.

We have created a team of 104 members who effected the same is gonna file petition to central cyber authority and local maharashtra govt authorities, collector, cyber criminal prevention team, consumer court etc. it’s a scam.

I recently ordered a cake from Indiacakes. They demanded a shocking hidden ₹275 delivery charge for a ₹500 cake on the morning of the event, which I flatly refused to pay. Their response? An unapologetic "no refunds" because I was canceling on the same day, even though it was their fault informing hidden delivery charge on same day.

After numerous complaints, they sent me a useless coupon that's only applicable on their site. Why would I pay again ₹275 for delivery when you can't even deliver to my location?Same trauma I should go through???
