"Bad customer experience and have not received order"
Placed an order.
Got an email saying to call.
Can't get through. Voice mail box is full (for weeks)
Call through a different way. No answer, no callback.
Email using web contact page. No reply, no callback, no nothing.
So I am suppose to contact them regarding my order yet nobody is home?
And of course - no product coming my way.

"WON'T SHOP THERE AGAIN!"
I tried to buy a kitchen faucet on another site, only to be told immediately it was discontinued. I then placed an order for it on FaucetStop which they put through, but a few days later they sent me an e'mail asking me to call them. After finding out the mailbox they asked me to call was full and then being disconnected 3 times I was told that the faucet I had ordered was discontinued but the same faucet was being made under another stock #. When I checked it out it was not the same faucet but rather a smaller version. So glad I did my homework and didn't just agree to have them order it. I then ordered a faucet from my original site where I have bought many things. I will stick with them.

i cant really say what the quality of my product is because i haven't received it yet. that's the problem. I ordered my stuff a week ago and it hasn't arrived, but all of the other things that i ordered from other websites have already arrived.

"All Is Well That Ends Well!!"
Would have been 5 stars if inventory had been correct. Ordered from FaucetStop despite a number of bad reviews because they said they had my item in stock. Turns out they did not. But, worked with Eli who was responsive to my needs. Eli answered every email of mine in a short amount of time. He explained the item was immediately ordered from the Manufacturer and within a few days i had my faucet. Eli was fabulous and based on my experience I cannot say anything negative.

"Backorder"
There is no room for backorders in a kitchen project, especially since we have quartz countertops that we need to have templates and ordered. The whole project will be delayed and that's intolerable.

"Service to a Canadian"
I was in search of parts for my 1st generation Sani-plus toilet. I was advised here in Canada that I would have to purchase a new unit as there were no parts available. I did a google search and located FaucetStop and they advertised a tank and inner workings that would fit a 1st Gen Sani-Plus. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to Joe. He was just great. I told him of my situation, being in Canada and all and not wanting to order something and not have it right. He called Sani-Flush while I was on hold. He advised that if the tank bolt holes were 51/2" apart that the tank will fit. I ordered it and within 6 days it was at my residence and installed and it works great. Hats off to the crew, especially Joe, at FaucetStop in Brooklyn NY. You saved a dude alot of money. Great service, great help and very polite. Good Job FaucetStop.

"This is by far the worst on line purchase that I have made"
I have tried to contact Faucet Stop Customer Service three time and failed each time. I was placed on hold each time 15 to 20 min. and then disconnected each time. I will refuse delivery and advise my credit card co not to pay this charge> Faucet Stop should not be be a third party dealer for amazon!!!!!!!!!
