"Wrong product - No Service"
I received the wrong product and called over 3 times to try and get help. I was sent to VM every time. I spent close to $300 on this item. Please help. I have two more to purchase...I guess I will do elsewhere.

Website advertised a discontinued item that I purchased. They shipped the 2nd item I purchased even though I didn't want it and have never refunded me for the first.

"Different story every time!"
First I verified that the item I wanted was in stock and was told it would ship that same day. I checked back four days later and was told that it just shipped. I checked back a week later and was told it was being dropped shipped from the manufacturer and there was no way to verify if it was shipped as the supplier was unresponsive, but someone woul call me back the next day to let me know what to expect. No call. So I call back and a customer service rep tells me they have sales and customer service reps that will tell customers just about anything to make a sale or get them off the phone. Nice.
Here's the clincher- my credit card was charged right when the order was placed and I got this satisfaction survey right away too. Am I satisfied with anything regarding my experience with Faucet Stop? - NO!!! Terrible experience in every way and still no remedy. Shady!

The item listed on-line was discontinued and I was not informed. After I placed my order for a sink I waited 4 days and did not receive an email confirming the sink had shipped so I called FaucetShop. The CS rep said the sink color had been discontinued. I switched the order to another sink color and waited a few more days. After not receiving a shipping confirmation I called again and was told theta my sink did not pass inspection and the CS rep said he would put in another order. He had me on hold for so long that I was able to find the same sink on another site. To be frank, the customer service rep was abrupt and rude in spite of the fact that his business had made two errors. He said he could look for another sink elsewhere but before he did he rudely asked, "Do you want it or not?" At that moment I decided to purchase the sink from another vendor. I asked for a refund. Note: I try to support small business over the big brands: Amazon, Lows, Home Depot. Poor communication and bad customer service is not ideal. Let's work together.

"Don't use the online chat or order status by phone"
I recently tried to use the online chat to find out the status of my order and a probably shipping date. The sales manager was online first, then I was transferred to David, then transferred to another person (whose name I don't remember), then back to David, and then again back to the other person. Anyway I waited in the Chat for at least 10 minutes with no response from customer service. Not too pleased. I still haven't been provided with any shipping confirmation. My order was placed on 8/15. It is now 8/22 and still no word on a shipping date.
Follow up by phone - today is 8/25 and I just called their order status department. I heard awful music for 5 minutes, then the line was dropped. Something fishy here with this organization.

ordered 8/9 and still haven't gotten my product... it is now 8/19. website says 1-5 more days for tracking number so i can't even track the delivery. if you order from here to save money make sure you give yourself plenty of time for delivery. all in all i saved $75 and my plumber is not ready for install yet so it's not a huge deal for me personally right now, but a slow shipping disclosure would be nice. they had no issue taking my $350+ the second i clicked "buy".

"False advertising on website."
Ordered some parts for a client that needed them right away. Faucet Stop's website said the parts were available in stock. So I placed the order, paid the premium for the overnight shipping and waited....got an email from them 3 days later saying that the parts were not available, and that they would take weeks to get. Thanks for wasting my time and making me look bad in front of my client.
