"Disappointed"
Read the fine print on "LIFETIME WARRANTY" faucet sprayer only good for two years. Replacement will take three months to get but I had to pay $ 285.00 now and hope they get it. Not faucetstops fault but be aware when spending a fortune for mica faucet.

Ordered a replacement sprayer head for a KWC kitchen sink faucet. Specified 2-day delivery. Shipment was not immediate, so delivery took actually 4 days. Other than that, no problems.

"Price Match Guarantee is a Big, No-Good Come-on!"
Wanted to work with Faucet Stop. They had the product I wanted. Did some additional "shopping around" found the same product for about 25% less money. When I emailed them of this price difference, their response was: "that's a great price - get it from them".
Won't even think about doing business with Faucet Stop - ever again.

After I purchased the items online, I was informed by FaucetStop the items were discontinued by the manufacturer. Although I was hoping any item shown online was available, the customer service department let me know immediatly and tried to find a similar items. Though I did not go for the substitute, I appreciate the work of customer service to try to help me and their quick response to cancel my order.
