"order not filled, no one home at customer service"

We ordered a faucet part on july 11 and received confirmation of our order. We've had no communication since and no faucet part by july 22. The confirmation email says if any problems to call customer service but no number is given. I was able to independently find a number for customer service, called it at 7pm EST Wednesday, and was informed that it was after business hours because they are open from 9am to 9pm EST (?) Monday through Thursday.

no complaints - I got what I ordered, in good shape. I am waiting for it to be installed so can't comment on it's function yet.

"Poorly Designed Website and Customer Service"

The FaucetStop website is not user-friendly at all. It's very difficult to find what you need. I searched for kitchen faucets and toilets. There are VERY few search filters so the user still ends up with pages and pages to click through. I finally gave up on the faucet. There were just way too many.

As for the toilet, I decided on FaucetStop because they offered Overnight Delivery. I spent literal hours wading through all of the pages and found one that was a good fit. We have an older house which drastically limits the number of options of toilets especially from a local home improvement store. I placed the order selecting Overnight Delivery on a Sunday night and thought it would be delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday which is when we needed it.

On Tuesday morning around 8:30 a.m. CST, I called their Customer Service to see if I could get any information about my order since I hadn't received/heard anything. I waited on hold about 5 minutes then got someone on the phone who sounded like I had just woke them up with my call. She said that the order wasn't actually in the system yet (Yikes!) so she would enter it so it would be assigned to an account rep. She suggested I call back in an hour to speak to my account rep to get details about my order.

I called back at 10 a.m. CST and waited on hold for 1.5 HOURS!!! Unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration. When I got to speak to my rep, he put me on hold a few more times (one being quite lengthy) so he could see what was going on. It ended up that the toilet I ordered had been discontinued. He also said there is no way to overnight a toilet. FIX YOUR WEBSITE THEN! Those were options I was given. He said I was on his call list that day to inform me of the issues and offer a similar/newer toilet with a $90 freight charge that would take 4-6 days to be delivered. No thank you! I ended up having to go to Home Depot to buy the toilet I was trying to avoid because I ran out of time waiting on this company. I was already under a time crunch, and FaucetStop's misleading and poorly designed website wasted at least 3 days of my time when I could have bought a toilet from somewhere else to begin with. I will NOT recommend this company to others which is a shame since I live in an older neighborhood where people are investing in the updating of their homes.

"Will return. Could not install on granite with ondermount sink"

Faucet was beautiful. However, the stem was too short to connect to the water supply. Kingston Brass knows. Sold through FaucetStop. I have a RMA number but no label, no instructions, who pays?? RMA email was of little value in understanding what needs to be done. I have 3 cm granite countertops with undermount sink so stems are too short. Guess Kingston Brass does ot want people with granite as customers. Unbelievable! The hastle is ongoing. No reaturn instructions, mailing label etc etc

"Slow boat from China"

ordered parts July 10, 2015,received an email July 16th saying my order shipped. The next day got this email to review a product that has not been delivered yet. Today is July 18th , still haven't received order. How slow is that boat from China? Is it under oars and not sails?
Will let you know more when I actually receive the parts.....

"Late, holding up entire kitchen installation"

Told false information about delivery date, and sales and delete people cannot tells us tracking info. Terrible customer service and misleading delivery information. Cannot even cancel order. Nightmare! Will never purchase through faucetstop again.

"ORDER NOT PROCESSED ON SAME DAY"

I was not aware that orders were not processed on the same day. I needed a part shipped overnight, and was willing to pay for that service. When I made payment online, the overnight shipping charge was added.

When the part wasnt recvd two days later, I called FaucetStop and was told that it usually takes 3 days just to process an order.

FaucetStop did remove the overnight shipping charge, however, had I known upfront that overnight wasnt available I would have ordered the part elsewhere.

"My rating"

So far I am very disappointed in this company. I placed my order two weeks ago and am still waiting for my order.
Because I have not heard anything I called them today.
The girl whom I spoke with was rude, had an attitude like she wanted to be anywhere but there talking to me. After being put on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed my order would "possibly be sent out Wednesday"

I had to ask her to repeat what she said three times to make sure I was hearing her correctly.
Hopefully my purchase will be shipped on Wednesday. That being said if it is "possibly" shipped on Wednesday it will not be here until Monday.
This will make it three weeks I've been waiting for my purchase.
I will not ever do business with this company again, nor will I recommend it to any of my family or friends.

"Worst Customer Service"

I bought a Shower Panel and later on I received an email that I have to contact customer service with a 4 digit extension number and I called 8 times and every time they forward me to that extension after taking the order number and the person's voice mail box is not only full but also not not reachable. Somehow I connected with him after 9th time and I came to know that the product is back ordered and any way I cancelled only because of customer service though I can wait to receive the item. Moreover instead of having me call back why these people didn't bother to call me though they have my number with them.

Very very bad customer service. Don't recommend at all.
