"False Advertising - NOT fast shipping"
Their website says they ship fast. I even paid for 3 day shipping expecting my items to ship out the next business day and arrive in 2 business days thereafter, minimally 3 business days thereafter. I even contacted customer service which provided me a direct line to the sales rep. I did reach him one time and he assured me it would arrive in the 3 day window, but could not provide a tracking ID. I ordered on a Tuesday mid-day. It is now the following Tuesday night (going on Wednesday) and I do not have my items. I don't even have an email with my tracking ID or confirmation that it shipped. FaucetStop charged my credit card. I need the items right away, which is why I chose them. Their website said they were fast, had the items in stock (several), and I paid for 3 day shipping. Now when I try to call the sales rep, I get voicemail and I have no product. Moving into my new construction house is dependent on these items. I have less than a week. If anyone from FaucetStop would like to contact me to resolve this, I'm more than happy to discuss.

"The water heater tank"
I received the water heater of not the exact same model that I requested. But fortunately it works fine.
There is no communication of the shipment. I called and the operator told me that he will send me the tracking information in 10 minutes. I never received it.
All of these small "errors' make me hesitate to re-order in the future.

"Price Pfister T 526 TMS kitchen faucet"
Ordered faucet Oct. 16th. Never received an e-mail about shipment. Called 6 days later. Took 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Had to call several times. First phone rep. transfered me to someone who never picked up the phone. 2nd Phone rep., who I had a hard time understanding, said faucet wouldn't be shipped out for 2 more days, so I cancelled the order and purchased the faucet at a big box store at a better price. I definitely would not recommend this company.

"Won't call back"
contacted several times regarding the status of an order. I finally attempted to cancel the order and now no one calls back to confirm cancellation of the order. the material was paid for. Will never order from them again.

"Incorrect shipping and slow delivery"
Indicated over email part was available to ship immediately, however in reality did not ship for three days. Ordered next day delivery but was sent ground and took a week to ship.
They did refund the $30 for shipping, but getting the part faster was more important.

"16 days and still waiting"
Faucetstop took my order and charged my credi card. i waited 16 days and then called about order. i found out that my order had never been placed. So I cancelled my order and bought the item from another seller. Of course, having to expedite my order through another seller cost me more money. i wish I would have checked this site before I bought.

After almost a week, we have NOT received our order. The only post for tracking was "creating a label" at your facility on 10/9, but no tracking info after. We're watching this issue closely trying to avoid placing a hold on the credit card payment. Any assistance in the tracking of this shipment would be appreciated.

"Poor Inventory Management & Disappointing Customer Service"
I ordered 2 faucet aerators online from FaucetSTOP. My order was accepted, but it was not processed. After I sent an email follow-up to their Customer Service to inquire about a shipment tracking number, they simply told me to call them back - which was frustrating as I am busy and prefer to use email rather than to call them long-distance. After speaking with Customer Service (who really couldn't tell me anything), they transferred me to sales who explained that they didn't have the aerators in stock and it would take 4-5 weeks to get them. So they wasted my time by selling something to me that they didn't have in inventory, and further wasted my time by insisting that I call in to Customer Service and get transferred to sales. Come on guys!

"Useless Company"
Useless!!
Advertised a product that was not available & then failed to follow up once it had been ordered. I had to figure out myself that they couldn't deliver.
When I called them to find out where my order was the guy I spoke to couldn't have cared less.
Don't use them - go somewhere else.

The faucet I ordered arrived carefully packed and in good condition. Service and follow-up was very good.
