I read the reviews (but already placed order Sept 19) - horse before cart sort of thing. Also, had a correction to address - all in all received shipment. I did have to call the 1 800 number (Sept 24) and spoke to agent - checking if my order had shipped - they informed me email would be sent within next 5 minutes with tracking information. Received email and shipment received as stated (today) 9/29. Would I order again from FaucetStop.com...to be honest - I would look at all possible options, before placing order at FS.
