Slow shipping, unanswered emails, stall, stall, stall. No status. More unanswered emails. What gives with these guys? You can do better on price and customer service elsewhere.

"Not the best customer service"
I recently purchased two faucets from FacetStop, simply because they were a bit cheaper than Amazon or any retail store I had shopped. I had questions and contacted their customer service department twice; each time was confusing. The person I dealt with was not customer oriented, and made me feel like he was doing me a favor. When I inquired about shipping time I received an answer of "I don't know how long it'll take, 3- business days, could be 7". Not great when you're trying to get a contractor in. I did receive the faucets today and they appear to be in good condition. Let's hope all goes well when they are installed.

I really appreciated the staff when they noticed that I had expedited shipping and when my product was backordered they call me with a replacement option. Way to go!

"Slow delivery"
Thought we were getting two day service after paying extra service charge. We received item 10 days later. Cust. service said service fee will be refunded. Still waiting.

After ordering, I had to contact FaucetStop (a week later) to find that what I ordered had been discontinued. This should have been clarified right away and I should have been contacted by them right away. When you are without a bathroom sink, it matters. Seems it would be normal business practice to contact your shoppers of any changes in their orders a.s.a.p.

"Tried to up sell me by lying"
A representative called me after I placed order to tell me that I could not buy one handle but would need to buy packet of three that would cost twice as much.
It did not sound right so I cancelled my order. I then placed the same order on a different site and the one handle was delivered in three days.
I will not deal with faucetstop again.

I didn't receive the products I ordered and I have been trying to contact them via email and phone several days ago and I still haven't received an answer. By far the worst online experience ever.

"Product as advertised, shipped quickly, arrived in good order"
I ordered a pressure assist toilet. Shipping was quick, the toilet was packaged well, no missing parts. I got an email receipt immediately upon placing my order but I had to ping them a few days later to ask for a shipping date. FaucetStop responded quickly to my request but it would have been nice to have had an email or other way to check order status.

"Zappos like shipping speed"
I ordered a tub spout that was difficult to find. i check a few other competitors who quoted shipping time of 2-3 weeks. FD said 7-10 days, and it arrived the next day. So like Zappos, I am find with over delivery on my order
