I broke my shifter cable after 4 years and nearly 500 off-road miles. I couldn't find a new on online so I emailed tech support and within hours they emailed me back with a link to purchase a new one for a great price. "A very frustrating experience!"
I had a difficult and inconvenient experience with my orders at first. This was due to receiving wrong items, shipping delays, and customer service information availability for help. It was a long, complicated, and frustrating process, but it was rectified. Although it was inconvenient and time consuming, I was able to find a phone number that lead me to receive an email from Sylvia (Support) who was professional and patient with the process and especially with my frustrations. I commend her for great customer service and ability to resolve the issues quickly.

"Disappointment turns to appreciation for this company"
When I initially opened the box to assemble my Himiway fat tire cruiser, I pulled out the front wheel and saw some substance on the wheel, so I immediately thought maybe I had been sent a return bike. I worked with Leo from customer service and he explained the possible cause of the substance on the wheel. While I was disappointed to learn that the lower price on the ebike did not include the back rack with the taillight, Leo provided me with coupons I can use to enhance the stripped down version of the ebike, which I plan to do.
