"Never Again"

So far, NO STARS! I ordered the Tretinoin cream about 3 weeks ago. My money was taken out of my account but still waiting on the cream. Each time I check the progress of my order I get the message of "Processing at the pharmacy." I sent a written message inquiring of my order 3 days ago - no response. I call the customer service number - no answer. I go to their website - nothing. Getting your money back appears to be impossible so now, I'm just going to change my bank card because I'm not going to permit this company to just steal my money every month.

"Horrible onboarding process"

Horrible onboarding process, it takes days at a time to get a response from the medical onboarding team. I ended up canceling all together because there are many services out here that provide great and expedited services.

"Definitely a ZERO star"

Definitely a ZERO star. The supposed 24/7 access impatient care is a joke. Once they have you locked in on medications the support stops. Difficult to cancel. Don't waste your time.

"Horrible cancellation process"

Ugh! Impossible to cancel a subscription! They give you the run around and keep asking if I want to talk with a medical provider to find another option. I keep responding no! I’m not sure how I can make myself any clearer. But they still haven’t cancelled it after four requests!!!! I’ve succumbed to write hate reviews as I’m so pissed they’re wasting so much of my time. Horrible company!

"Absolutely terrible. A scam "

If I could give 0 stars I would. I filled out a request for mental health medication and was told it would be a couple days for it to be completed. However, I didn’t hear from anyone until 3 days and then it was account services having an issue with my insurance. After 4 days I heard from another person asking more questions. I answered those and then 4 days later they had more questions. I never got any clinical guidance even after they charged $60. They would not issue a refund. They also are refusing to remove my credit card information from my profile despite 5 requests from me. After reading other reviews I’m very worried that they will still charge me. Do not ever put any information into this website. It is a scam and preys on people. They hope that you will not be able to wait to get your medication and take forever to complete the process so that they can take your initial fee.

"If you want your rx in a timely manner…"

If you want your rx in a timely manner and your email answered then don't use this company. Finished my last Vail on 1/29/25 and my next vial is 2 weeks late. But the payment has been taken right on time! Would not recommend. There are too many others out there.

"Great Until It Isn't"

I have been using Nurx for years and their customer service has tanked recently. I don't have much of a choice about using them due to exposure to airborne pathogens, condescending staff and having unwanted services pushed by places like Planned Parenthood, and at the very least with Nurx, when there are no issues, it's very smooth sailing.
I have been bouncing back and forth between Medicaid and marketplace insurance the last few years and it is always a major ordeal trying to get my prescription refills during this time. You have to be sure to select certain settings to have your insurance billed and they are very pushy about automatic refills. If you are on Medicaid, you will likely be paying out of pocket regardless; Medicaid in my state does not work with Nurx.
My two most recent refills have been a nightmare; response times have been very slow, and customer service has not been helpful or proactive about explaining the issues they are having with refills/insurance. My messages trying to get an already overdue refill were ignored for over a week, and I have now gone without for 13 days and counting. Normally I have a relaxed approach to customer service, but this medication is very important to my quality of life and Nurx's slow and dismissive responses have been a nerve-wracking test of my patience. The messages they send through the platform are repetitive, make me feel stupid and sometimes do not even reflect what I said in my messages. You often have to trawl various tabs and hit some toggle that is not intuitive at all. If you call their agents, they are very nice, straightforward and helpful, but you have to do a bit of digging to find the customer service phone number. Nurx is a mixed bag with a lot more bad than good lately.

"I will never use Nurx again!"

I put my insurance card into nurx through my cell phone. I wasn't prompted and I had no idea that I had to hit a button in order for the customer service rep filling my prescription to use my insurance card. Apparently they do not look at the insurance card area, I had to press some kind of button. To this day I still have no idea where it is. Therefore, I had to pay full price for the prescription. I had to go through my insurance card print out all the information to prove that I had the prescription filled and that I paid full price. What a hassle! From an Android phone it is not easily determined that I needed to do anything but upload my insurance card. I would never use this service again! There are too many competitors out there! I spoke to a supervisor and he said he could see the button. He was on an iphone. This is a ridiculous way to run a business. When all you have to do is take a quick look to see if there's insurance card uploaded.
