Unable to obtain at my local GP so was very pleased to have an appointment to get it done conveniently close to home . Very professional from reception through to nursing member of staff .

Pall mall are brilliant, they provide great care from start when I saw my coordinator to booking in to see the surgeon, they answered all my questions and helped me decide on my procedure, they also offered finance, which made it easier , the day of my surgery was relaxed an everyone was so friendly, I'm now 2 weeks post op and the care has been impeccable.

Amazing Surgeon who is very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward at your consultation as well as just being such a nice man. He is the reason I chose to go with Pall Mall. I am only 2 weeks post op and already so happy with my results. 10/10 experience from start to finish felt so comfortable and at ease through it all. Also Can not fault my patient coordinator Natalie who was amazing answering any questions I had and even taking time when she was on annual leave to text before my surgery date wishing me good luck. The Nurses were also so lovely .

The whole process of getting top surgery at Pall Mall with Chloe Wright, Mamuna Arshad and Kate Williams was as relaxed, informative and supportive as I ever could’ve hoped. Mamuna has been and is continuing to be a great support even through my post-op experience. All my appointments with Chloe were friendly and welcoming and very trans-inclusive, and on the day of surgery I was treated with compassion and care. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and have no doubt that will continue throughout post-op.
