I had not rec'd the extended length straps for my mini. They had credited the cost back to my account so I called them explained the address problem they had and they are resending it. They were most pleasant about making notes to ensure it would not be a repeat problem. They enquired about my false alerts and I explained they happened when I throw the ball for my dog and bring my arm down quickly the wrist mounted alert is triggered. I just hold the button to cancel it and remind myself to lower my arm slowly.. I like the sensitive nature of it and the ease to cancell the non fall alerts. Very reassuring to know it is sensitive

I love Bay Alarm. They have saved my mom's life once and also helped her a couple times when she fell. Tonight Abel helped me and was very polite and friendly, very informative and answered all my questions, he helped me resolve my mother's issues with her necklace device, she has had same device for about a 2 and and a half close to 3 years and started having battery run down every few hours instead of couple days. Abel looked into the matter and decided the best option was to replace device because of battery issue. He helped me understand my options for replacement, and I just thought he was exceptional and so sweet and went above and beyond my expectations. If I was around him in person I probably would of give him a hug for helping me keep my mom safe. Thankyou Abel❤️👋🥰
